We deliver skilled, professional, and personalized nursing and therapy services in the comfort of our client’s home. Not all patients are alike and each has his or her own unique needs. We fulfill our duties by paying close attention to these needs in order to structure services that align with the ultimate goals.

About the Owners
Minority-owned husband and wife team, Mark, a disabled veteran, and wife Cassie, bring the utmost compassion in improving the standards of healthcare in our communities. Their teamwork has resulted in a thoughtful and family-oriented approach to care that meets clients’ needs and surpasses every expectation. Mark is a retired naval officer and formerly worked as a corporate executive. He has had over 30 years’ worth of experience in administration, compliance, and operations management. Cassie has prior background in medical administration and over 25 years’ experience in finance, accounting, and marketing. Together, they share a common passion for delivering the highest standards of care to people’s homes improving and making a difference in their lives in so many ways.

Here at UR FIRST Home Health, we value superb service partnered with comfort, safety, and familiarity that only the home can provide. We ensure that all our office, clinical, and therapy staff are properly vetted and have undergone extensive screening during the hiring process. Each employee is also required to attend advanced professional training and seminars to better serve the community. To effectively achieve goals, we conduct in-house training as well as routine check-ups and surveys to assess if our staff is complying with standards. We believe that our patients deserve to be cared for by skillful and knowledgeable staff who are consistently at their very best.
